Due to the current COVID-19 situation all delivery and shipping times may be delayed.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
ORDER PROCESSING TIME -If your order is for next day delivery it will be processed and posted out the same day if received before 12 noon. Standard delivery orders will be processed and posted out within 1-2 working days.
If you live in the UK you have two different delivery options:
Royal Mail Special Next day delivery before 1pm £5.95.
First Class delivery - delivered within 3-5 working days £3.00
Collect in store FREE- pick up from our Newbury store.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. A signature is required on all deliveries. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will contact you immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you repackage the returns appropriately to prevent any damage occurring in transit. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 7 - 10 working days. Fifi & Moose Ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that customers are responsible for all items returned whilst in transit. You are responsible for the return postage costs and it is advisable to use a method that is both tracked and insured. Without confirmation of posting and a tracking number Fifi & Moose Ltd will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result.
Please also note that items must be returned in the same condition they were received, in the same packaging (includes shoes in original undamaged box, that cannot be used as external packaging when posting back) with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
Fifi & Moose Ltd will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
For items bought in-store at the Fifi & Moose boutique, they will only be exchanged for a credit note upon presentation of a valid receipt, even if the goods are returned by post.
Items bought online and deeemed to be incorrect or faulty can be returned to our Newbury store for a refund or exchange with proof of purchase but where a refunded is issued it will be via the same method as the original payment via the online-portal only. Please allow up to 7-10 days for a refund to show back in your account.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We will endeavour to get your order sent out to you as soon as possible, therefore please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be liable for the cost of post and packaging where a delivery charge is applicable.
